Great idea: break Star Wars: A New Hope into 473 15-second clips, get fans to reshoot them in any style, then reassemble the whole as Star Wars: Uncut. They have a Tumblr too.

Party Ben’s “Galvanize the Empire”, a fine mashup of John Williams’ “Imperial March” vs the Chemical Brothers.

From Ben’s site:

Talk about being late to the game. Imagine if I’d thought of this back when Galvanize was a hit. Wasn’t one of those Star Wars prequels out at the same time, even? This would have been huge. Oh well. At least it served me well at Bootie as part of the Party Ben Kenobi experience.

William Shatner’s version of “Common People” mashed up with the Star Trek animated series. Glorious.
